CheaperTeam is a US-based outsourcing company that builds dedicated offshore teams for American businesses, with operations across Albania, Kosovo, Mexico, the Philippines, South Africa, and Kenya.

The Role

We're establishing a new office in Barranquilla and looking for a dedicated manager to build it from the ground up. You'll have the full support of our leadership team and the experience we've gained launching offices in other countries.

What You'll Do

- Set up and run the Barranquilla office
- Hire, lead, and grow the local team
- Make sure our US clients get reliable, high-quality work
- Keep the site running smoothly: budget, compliance, and performance

What You Bring

- A track record of reliability: you show up, follow through, and own your results
- Some experience leading people or running operations (team lead, supervisor, coordinator, or running your own business all count)
- Native Spanish and fluent,



professional English (C1 or higher)
- Organized, hands-on, and eager to learn fast
- Comfortable working with US clients and US business hours
- Based in Barranquilla or willing to relocate before start

Nice to Have

- Experience in BPO, call centers, or outsourcing
- Familiarity with Colombian labor law, payroll, or HR
- A network in Barranquilla's talent or university scene
