? Locations: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru & Guatemala

? Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

MarketWise is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Assistant to support Accounts Receivable and Billing operations for an Appraisal Management Company (AMC).

✅ What you'll do:

? Prepare and review client invoices in QuickBooks Online

? Process appraiser and vendor bills

? Apply incoming payments (ACH, checks, and credit cards)

? Send statements and manage accounts receivable

? Follow up on past-due invoices and collections

? Handle accounting-related communications with clients and vendors

? Review and finalize AI-assisted work using Claude

✅ What we're looking for:

✔ 1-2 years of bookkeeping, billing, or accounts receivable experience

✔ Strong written English





✔ Experience with Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive

✔ Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

✔ Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT

✔ QuickBooks Online experience is a plus

✔ Experience in real estate, appraisal, or mortgage industries is a plus
