The Qualifications We Seek

Must-Have Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in automation systems, integrations, or CRM and workflow development.
- Proven experience with at least one modern automation and workflow platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent tools.
- Practical experience with large language model (LLM) APIs, including Claude, OpenAI, or comparable technologies, in production environments.
- Experience with Gmail/Google Workspace APIs or Microsoft Graph/Outlook APIs, particularly for BCC/email logging and AI-generated drafts for human review, beyond native email automation nodes.
- Experience with third-party CRM integrations through official APIs, API keys, browser automation, or connector tools, including awareness of account security and platform compliance risks associated with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Genuine interest in a long-term opportunity with evolving responsibilities and professional growth potential.

Ideal Experience

- Direct experience with Attio, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms, including API integrations and object models.
- Experience developing automation systems from the ground up within growing small or midsize businesses, with minimal reliance on an established technical team.
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
- Relevant certifications in AI, automation, software development, or cloud technologies.

AI & Operational Tools

- Proficiency in Attio CRM.
- Familiarity with Noloco.
- Proficiency in n8n.
- Experience with Claude and Claude API.
- Experience with Gmail/Google Workspace API or Microsoft Graph/Outlook API.
- Familiarity with website forms and webhook tools for website-to-CRM lead capture.

- Proven experience with structured rollout, quality control, and beta-testing processes, with the ability to explain specific methodologies
- Experience forecasting, tracking, and managing usage-based costs within established token and API budgets
- Strong knowledge of current AI and automation tools, such as Fyxer, Superhuman, Granola, Attio, n8n, and Make, with a commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred but not required

Your Daily Tasks

- Own the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CRM and automation systems using Attio, Noloco, and n8n in close collaboration with the Commercial Operations Manager.
- Build and maintain integrations between the CRM and outbound lead generation platforms, including LinkedIn, email systems, and website forms, to support commercial operations and automated prospect engagement.
- Manage and deliver the automation development backlog across multiple project phases to support evolving business requirements and operational priorities.
- Conduct comprehensive quality control checks and beta tests before the company-wide deployment of automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows that convert call transcripts into actionable tasks and generate daily operational briefings.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain deployed automation systems to ensure reliability, accuracy, and consistent CRM performance.
- Forecast, monitor, and optimize LLM token consumption and API usage within approved operational budgets.
- Document system architectures, integrations, workflows, and technical processes to support long-term maintenance and knowledge transfer.
- Implement human-in-the-loop controls for customer-facing and manufacturer-facing AI communications, ensuring human review and approval of AI-generated drafts before distribution unless explicitly authorized otherwise.
