Carrier Sales Representative – Full Truckload (FTL) | U.
S. Freight We’re looking for a high-energy Carrier Sales Representative with hands-on FTL experience to build the carrier network that powers our growth across the U.
S. market. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, sales-driven role. If you thrive on the phone, love turning a negotiation into a done deal, and have the hunger to win every load, this is for you. What you’ll do
- Manage a high volume of FTL loads daily, covering freight with speed and accuracy
- Prospect, call and build relationships with carriers to grow and strengthen a reliable FTL network across the U.
S.
- Negotiate competitive rates and close deals without sacrificing service or reliability
- Work load boards and sourcing tools daily to secure consistent coverage, even in tight markets
- Optimize truck capacity to support both sales and operations
- Track loads end-to-end and resolve issues before they become problems
- Keep shipment and carrier data accurate in our TMS
- Keep stakeholders informed in real time: no surprises, no silence
- Share market insights with the sales team to help us get sharper every day What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on FTL carrier sales/brokerage experience (required), with proven experience handling high load volume
- A sales-oriented mindset: you are competitive,



persuasive and motivated by targets and commissions
- Strong conversational

skills:
you are comfortable making calls all day and building rapport quickly
- Sharp negotiation instincts and clear, confident communication
- Ability to multitask and make fast decisions under pressure
- Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency: you close the loop, every time
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration or related fields, or equivalent logistics/transportation experience
