We are supporting a new ERP deployment project within the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee business data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and readiness for a successful go-live. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Finance, IT teams, and implementation partners to manage data ownership, cleansing, mapping, mock conversions, financial reconciliation, and cutover planning. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems, including Visual, to Epicor.

What you will need to be successful:

- 5+ years of experience in ERP data migration, data conversion, or cutover management .
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain,



and financial data structures.
- Experience coordinating data cleansing, enrichment, mapping, and validation from legacy ERP systems to new platforms.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing mock conversions, tracking data load results, and resolving data quality issues.
- Experience with financial reconciliation of converted data, including open AR/AP, inventory, WIP, and open orders.
- Strong knowledge of cutover planning and execution, including sequencing, dependencies, data freeze windows, final data loads, and go/no-go criteria.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, business data owners, Finance, IT, and external implementation partners.
- Ability to manage business signoffs, track migration milestones, and support post-go-live data stabilization.
- Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Epicor ERP and/or Visual ERP is highly preferred.
