We’re hiring: Office Manager | Unicorn Moving & Storage + Bluepoint Moving & Logistics

Are you the kind of person who loves clean records, closed loops, and keeping everything on track? We’re looking for the brain of our back office.

You’ll support two growing Austin moving companies, working in person from our office in Colombia, and keep each one organized, billed, and on track (always kept separate).

What you’ll do:

✅ Support scheduling and keep SmartMoving accurate

✅ Send invoices and follow up on collections

✅ Process weekly payroll for employees and contractors

✅ Coordinate with vendors and our outside claims company

✅ Deliver clear weekly reports to the General Manager

What we’re looking for:

? 2+ years in office management, operations admin, billing, or dispatch support (moving or field services a plus)





? Strong written and spoken English; Spanish a plus

? Comfortable with QuickBooks, Gusto, SmartMoving, or similar tools (we’ll train you)

? Very organized and always looking to get better

What we offer:

? $1,500 salary + claims bonus of up to $800, paid weekly

? Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM US Central Time

? A real growth path: help build Bluepoint’s back office and grow into operations leadership. We promote from within first.
