Compensation

- Philippines: $1,600 - $2,000 USD / month (DOE)

- Latin America: $2,000 - $2,500 USD / month (DOE) Reports To: Executive Leadership / Marketing

They are hiring a YouTube and Video Specialist to turn recorded clinical lectures, expert interviews, and training footage into a high-growth audience acquisition engine on YouTube and supporting social channels.

Role Overview

This role combines long-form and short-form video editing, YouTube channel management, metadata optimization, and audience retention strategy. You will take recorded expert interviews, webinars, and podcast sessions and package them into educational YouTube videos, YouTube Shorts, and social clips.

The idóneo candidate understands YouTube pacing, thumbnail CTR, and SEO retention mechanics, and is comfortable producing educational content centered on human health, intimacy, and clinical relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing &
- Production: Edit long-form educational lectures, interviews, and discussions into engaging, polished YouTube videos. Cut high-impact micro-content (Shorts/Reels)



to drive registrations for upcoming certifications and live events.

- YouTube Channel Growth &

- Management: Oversee the weekly upload schedule, channel layout, playlists, and community posts.

- Packaging &

- YouTube SEO: Craft click-worthy titles, compelling custom thumbnails (Canva/Photoshop), and SEO-rich descriptions/tags to maximize click-through rate (CTR) and search discoverability.

- Raw Asset Ingestion: Ingest raw footage from remote recording platforms (Riverside, Zoom), clean audio, apply brand templates, and repurpose key lecture segments.

- Channel Analytics &

- Reporting: Track watch time, average view duration, CTR, subscriber acquisition, and traffic sources to iterate on packaging.

- AI Video Workflow Integration: Utilize AI transcription, clip identification, and scripting tools to accelerate asset turnaround.

Hard Skills &

- Qualifications

- 3 years of dedicated video editing and YouTube channel management experience with a verifiable portfolio of edited long-form and short-form content.

- Advanced proficiency in video editing platforms (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

- Proven track record understanding YouTube retention hooks, pacing, and thumbnail design.

- Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Adobe Photoshop) tailored to high-CTR YouTube thumbnails.





- Experience working with podcast/remote recording software (Riverside.fm, Zoom).

- Fluent English comprehension and strong narrative pacing instincts.

- Inclusive, professional mindset comfortable reviewing clinical and educational health/wellness subject matter.
