- Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and polished communication.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
- Promote brand loyalty through product knowledge and outstanding service.
- Identify and educate potential customers about interior design services.




- Handle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Experience in luxury retail, high-end furniture, hospitality, or premium customer service is highly preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency for bilingual positions.
- Advanced French proficiency for trilingual positions (English + French).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Professionalism and confidence when interacting with high-end customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and Mac/iOS devices.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
- Availability to work onsite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
