? We're Hiring: Recruitment Trainer & Quality Coach ?

Are you an experienced US Recruiter who enjoys developing talent and helping recruiters reach their full potential? Join HireFinder and play a key role in building high-performing recruitment teams across Latin America and Kenya.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead the onboarding and training of new recruiters through a structured 4-week program

✅ Coach recruiters through 1:1 sessions and group training, using hiring metrics and client feedback to improve performance

✅ Teach the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

- Sourcing on US job boards
- Candidate screening
- Interview preparation
- Post-client interview follow-up
- Offer and hiring process management

✅ Partner with client-facing teams to transform hiring feedback into actionable recruiter training ✅ Create, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, SOPs, and recruitment guides

What We're Looking For

? C1+ English proficiency (written and spoken)

? 2-3 years of recruiting experience for US clients within an agency,



staffing, or RPO environment

? Previous experience training, coaching, mentoring, or leading recruiters

? Experience with ATS platforms (JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar)

? Strong knowledge of Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

? Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to drive performance improvements

? Higher candidate acceptance rates from clients

? Strong retention of new hires during their first 60 days
