At Circle Logistics, we're looking for a driven, results-oriented Auto Hauling Carrier Sales Representative to join our Colombia team. What You'll Do

As an Auto Hauling Carrier Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in coordinating vehicle transportation, negotiating competitive rates, and building strong relationships with carriers to ensure efficient and timely deliveries. You'll:

- Negotiate freight rates with auto hauling carriers.
- Source, develop, and maintain relationships with reliable vehicle transport carriers.
- Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries across different locations.
- Manage daily shipments and ensure timely transportation.
- Monitor market conditions, carrier availability, and pricing trends.
- Communicate load details, updates, and requirements to carriers and internal teams.
- Resolve transportation issues with urgency and professionalism.




- Identify opportunities to expand the carrier network and improve operational efficiency.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance and sales goals.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and updates in internal systems.

What We're Looking For

Advanced English — spoken and written (mandatory).

Experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, logistics, or account management preferred.

Auto hauling or vehicle transportation experience is a strong plus.

Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Willingness to work versátil hours when needed.

Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
