- Lead Agile delivery for enterprise projects and integrations • Support guest-facing onboarding and pre-boarding initiatives • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove roadblocks • Coordinate across business, IT, development, and vendor teams • Partner with teams working in .NET, SQL, AWS RDS, and Kafka environments • Drive accountability, manage risks, and keep projects on track Communicate status and priorities to leadership and executives

Skills and Requirements

- 6+ years as a Scrum Master leading full lifecycle project delivery and integrations • Experience supporting Product, Loyalty, Application Development, Software, or Systems teams • Strong Agile coaching background with a proven ability to improve team performance • Enterprise-level experience • Experience working alongside development teams utilizing .NET, SQL, AWS RDS, and Kafka • Kafka experience is a key requirement • Experience managing vendors and driving accountability across multiple teams • Excellent communication and executive-facing skills • Engaging,



confident personality with the ability to influence and drive projects forward Technical enough to effectively communicate with developers and understand system integrations, without being a hands-on engineer • Agile/Scrum certifications • Travel or hospitality industry experience Experience supporting guest-facing applications, onboarding, or pre-boarding platforms
