Principal Accountabilities In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Pricing

- Register prices and modifications per commercial agreements, adjust prices as necessary per inflation rates.

- Address and resolve pricing inquiries, demonstrating understanding of pricing principles and ensuring prices align with company policies.

- Obtain approval for changes and discounts from designated officials.

- Monitor authorized applications following approved matrix.

- Coordinate intercompany product pricing for assigned regions, ensuring timely generation of price sheets.

- Facilitate submission and tracking of PAS pricing proposals.

- Consolidate monthly pricing requests and maintain data integrity across SAP, price sheets, Hybris, and B2B platforms.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to address pricing initiatives, resolve issues, and communicate pricing information to all relevant parties.

- Develop and maintain accurate monthly price sheets, ensuring timely distribution and adherence to pricing strategies.

May be responsible for AP Activities:

- Record income and supplier invoices in SAP.

- Verify supplier invoice taxes.

- Record and apply credit notes.

- Collaborate as necessary on receipts, allocations,



and customer exchanges.

- Participate in regional procurement procedures.

- Monitor service invoices and the American Express shopping card.

- Maintain purchase files, analyze outstanding liabilities, and administer accounts payable data for audits.

- Acting as the primary point of contact for the online price monitoring service provider, managing day-to-day communications, tracking service-level agreements (SLAs), and troubleshooting data feed or crawling discrepancies.

- Collaborating with the vendor to onboard new product lines, update competitor URL targets, and fine-tune scraping parameters or match rates to ensure high data accuracy.

Main Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing management and administration within SAP.

- Knowledge of pricing structures, discounts, and commercial agreements.

- Experience managing large volumes of information and databases.

- Conversational English proficiency.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
