Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

- 5+ years of experience as a .NET Developer.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
- Solid experience with SQL Server, including database development and optimization.
- Experience developing and maintaining Web Forms applications.
- Knowledge of software development best practices and application lifecycle management.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues.

Required – Soft Skills

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have (Technical Skills)

- Experience using GitHub or Claude Code.
- Knowledge of React.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities (Activities to Perform)





- Develop new features and enhancements for existing applications.
- Perform bug fixing and troubleshoot application issues.
- Maintain and improve existing .NET applications.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
- Support application deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Languages

- English: Advanced to Proficient (C1-C2)

Additional Information

Location

- Bogotá, Colombia (Remote)

Special Conditions

- The candidate will support California and must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Experience with modern .NET development and SQL Server is mandatory.
