Overview

We're looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and serve as the primary QA expert for a dedicated application. This is an opportunity for a highly autonomous professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

- Identify and communicate accessibility, technical, and creative risks prior to launch

- Perform QA across websites, landing pages, emails, digital campaigns, banners, and interactive experiences.

- Conduct functional, regression, responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.

- Validate digital accessibility against WCAG 2.1/2.2 and Level AA standards.

- Perform manual and automated accessibility testing, including keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast, forms, alternative text, focus states, and semantic structure.

- Review digital builds against approved Figma designs, brand guidelines, content, and project specifications.

- Validate visual accuracy, including typography, imagery, layouts, spacing, animations, interactions, and responsive behavior.

- Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs/defects through resolution.





- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, validate fixes, and perform regression testing.

- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, QA checklists, and acceptance criteria.

- Identify recurring quality issues and recommend improvements to QA and production processes.
