POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Designer role is responsible for the accurate execution, adaptation, and final delivery of creative assets across print, digital, and video formats. This position bridges the gap between design and production, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of creative concepts, while adhering to brand standards and technical specifications.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- High attention to detail and consistency across deliverables.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).




- Understanding of prepress and file preparation for print and digital outputs.
- Strong knowledge of layout, typographic hierarchy, and image optimization.
- Ability to adapt master designs into various sizes and formats efficiently.
- Comfortable working with templates, grids, and brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with asset management systems and version control.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with designers and production teams.
- Knowledge of digital formats (OOH, social, video) is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare, adapt, and finalize creative assets for print, digital, and motion use.
- Ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to meet production requirements and timelines.
- Execute mechanical builds, resizing, and versioning of layouts for multi-channel use.
- Conduct preflight checks, package files, and archive assets as needed.
- Flag potential design or production issues early and propose solutions.
- Maintain high productivity while meeting tight deadlines and multiple project demands.
- Stay current with production standards, software updates, and workflow optimizations.
