Are you passionate about automation, process improvement, and solving business challenges through technology?

We are looking for a Senior Automation Analyst to join our LATAM Automation team and help drive automation initiatives across the region.

In this role, you will work closely with business and technology teams to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, develop solutions, and support existing automations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining business analysis, problem solving, and hands-on automation development in a regional environment.

The Role

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and support automation solutions using UiPath.
- Maintain and optimize existing automations and workflows.
- Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.
- Support automation initiatives throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and production support.
- Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams across LATAM.
- Create and maintain process and technical documentation.

The Requirements

- Experience in business systems analysis, process analysis, automation, or related technology roles.




- Hands-on experience developing and supporting UiPath automations.
- Experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting solutions in production environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data validation concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and the ability to collaborate in English.

Nice to have

- Experience with APIs and system integrations.
- Exposure to C#/.NET development.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Dataverse, or broader Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
- UiPath certifications.
- Experience working in multinational or regional environments.
- Portuguese language skills.
