Role Description This is a full-time remote Salesperson role responsible for driving new business and nurturing existing customer relationships. The Salesperson will proactively identify and contact prospective customers, including construction firms, property managers, and residential clients, to present dumpster rental and recycling solutions. Daily activities include managing inbound inquiries, following up on leads, preparing quotes, and guiding customers in selecting appropriate dumpster sizes and services.





The role also involves coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Salesperson will be expected to meet sales targets, contribute to marketing initiatives, and represent the company’s commitment to sustainability and high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and remote work responsibilities efficiently.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office software for tracking leads, preparing quotes, and documenting interactions.
- Understanding of or interest in waste management, recycling practices, or construction services is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred; experience in logistics or environmental services is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or communications is advantageous.
