Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant – Cleaning Company

Remote | Long-Term Opportunity | 40–45 Hours per Week

Total Clean Experts is a family-owned residential and commercial cleaning company based in Pennsylvania, USA. We’re looking for a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant with strong skills in sales, marketing, and lead generation to help us grow.

You’ll initially work alongside our current manager, focusing on generating qualified leads, answering booking calls, following up with prospects, and turning inquiries into scheduled cleanings. Over time, this role may expand into daily operations, including coordinating with cleaners and managing customer needs.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term relationship with our company and take ownership of results.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Booking

- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Understand customers’ cleaning needs, explain our services, and provide quotes using our pricing guidelines.
- Follow up consistently with open quotes and prospects.
- Handle objections confidently and convert qualified inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up tasks.

Marketing & Lead Generation

- Identify and pursue opportunities to generate residential and commercial cleaning leads.
- Research potential customers, local businesses, and referral partners.
- Help develop and carry out outreach campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Support our online presence, including Google Business Profile and social media.
- Use GoHighLevel to organize leads and support follow-up campaigns.
- Track lead sources, follow-up activity, bookings,



and conversion rates to help us understand what is working.

Potential Operations Responsibilities

- Coordinate schedules and communicate directly with our cleaners.
- Help manage scheduling changes, customer requests, and service concerns.
- Follow company procedures and keep customers and cleaners informed.
- Provide coverage for our current manager, with the potential to take on broader operations responsibility as business needs evolve.

What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in sales, lead generation, or marketing—not solely general administrative support.
- Strong spoken and written English, with a confident, friendly phone presence.
- The ability to ask good questions, explain value, handle objections, and close bookings.
- Excellent organization and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort working toward measurable goals and reporting results.
- Good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- A willingness to learn our services, pricing, systems, and procedures.
- Reliable internet, a computer, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.

- Working with a residential or commercial cleaning company.

- Google Workspace, including Gmail, Sheets, and Drive.
- Social media marketing, email campaigns, or business outreach.
- Scheduling and coordinating cleaners or other field service providers.

You do not need experience with every platform listed, but you should be comfortable learning new systems. Schedule & Opportunity

- Availability during agreed U.S. Eastern Time business hours is required.
- This is intended to be a long-term role.
- You’ll work closely with the owners and our current manager.
