Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Safety Monitoring Specialist with previous experience in quality monitoring, safety compliance, or a related field .

This role is responsible for reviewing and monitoring safety-related events generated through telematics and Video Event Recording (VER) systems. The specialist will identify false-positive events, support safety compliance initiatives, and provide coaching recommendations to improve driver performance and overall operational safety.

The idóneo candidate is comfortable working with technology platforms, has strong analytical skills, and can identify relevant safety events while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and monitor safety-related events on a daily basis using telematics and video event recording systems.
- Identify, analyze, and filter false-positive safety events.
- Escalate valid safety events according to established company procedures.
- Provide coaching recommendations based on driver behavior and event findings.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records,



and reports of reviewed events.
- Assist with Hours of Service (HOS) coaching sessions.
- Identify recurring patterns or trends in safety events and communicate relevant findings.
- Collaborate with operations and safety teams to support compliance initiatives and improve driver performance.
- Ensure safety events are reviewed consistently and in accordance with established standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in quality monitoring, safety monitoring, safety compliance, or a related field .
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working with technology platforms, telematics systems, and safety software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to review information objectively and make accurate assessments
