As an RTA, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing real-time operations, working closely with the Operations team and WFM to identify and address staffing gaps and intraday changes. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our business's performance and success.

Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze real-time operational performance data to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Identify staffing gaps and recommend appropriate actions to address them, ensuring adequate coverage.
- Respond to intraday changes and adjust staffing levels as needed to maintain productivity targets.
- Collaborate with Operations and WFM teams to develop and implement strategies for optimal staffing and resource allocation.
- Generate and interpret reports on operational performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance real-time analysis capabilities.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.




- Maintain accurate records and documentation of real-time analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a real-time analysis or operational role, preferably in a travel or tech industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software for real-time data analysis.
- Knowledge of staffing and resource management principles is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
