Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) to lead and manage projects focused on AIML implementation using Python. The adecuado candidate will possess a deep understanding of AIML technologies and methodologies, along with exceptional project management skills to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and drive project objectives to completion.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage AIML projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, promoting continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with project deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AIML technologies to inform project strategies and decisions.

Mandatory Skills

- Proven experience in managing AIML projects, with a strong focus on AI/ML implementation.
- Proficiency in Python programming,



with a solid understanding of AIML libraries and frameworks.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to AIML, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of data management and data engineering principles.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or AIML-related fields.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AIML concepts, tools, and technologies.
- Proven track record of successful project management in a technology-driven environment.
