Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Operations Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day operations, lead teams, improve business processes, and drive operational efficiency. The adecuado candidate must have prior experience working with Realtors or within the real estate industry, a strong background in team management, and practical knowledge of AI tools and automation. The candidate should be capable of independently managing operations, building efficient systems, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate teams, ensuring accountability, productivity, and performance.
• Work closely with Realtors, property managers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee property management and vacation rental operations, including booking coordination, guest communication, and property-related activities.
• Monitor customer communication across company phone lines, WhatsApp, email, Airbnb, Vrbo, and Hostaway.
• Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, reduce manual work,



and improve productivity.
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Oversee administrative coordination, documentation, and operational expenses.
• Handle escalations, resolve operational challenges, and ensure timely execution of business priorities. Required Qualifications & Experience
• 5–8+ years of experience in operations management or business operations.
• Previous experience working with Realtors, real estate agencies, or management companies.
• Proven experience managing and leading teams, delegating responsibilities, and monitoring performance.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Experience developing SOPs, optimizing workflows, and implementing operational improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, Hostaway, Zillow, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing international and remote teams.
• Knowledge of workflow automation and business management tools.
