Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage construction projects to meet the agreed scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and local teams in each country.
• Monitor progress and construction quality, and coordinate the resolution of site issues.
• Prepare reports on project status, budgets, and matters requiring management decisions.
• Travel to project locations within the countries covered by the role as required. Qualifications
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, including participating in meetings, coordinating with management and project teams, and preparing project reports.
• We are hiring for two (2) roles:
• Group 1: 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Group 2: 5–10 years of relevant experience.
