Aclarian provides ERP and financial management software to government organizations across the United States. Our platform supports accounting, budgeting, purchasing, project & grant management, and financial reporting.

We are seeking an experienced Power BI & Reporting Analyst to develop advanced reporting solutions, transform complex data into actionable insights, and work directly with clients to deliver high-quality dashboards and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for financial, operational, and performance reporting.
- Build and optimize complex data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
- Extract, clean, and integrate data from Excel, SQL databases, APIs, Jira, and ERP systems.
- Develop financial and operational reports, including Budget vs. Vigente, General Ledger, Projects & Grants, and project performance dashboards.
- Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and optimize dataset performance and refresh processes.
- Collaborate with accounting, implementation, and development teams to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
- Lead client meetings, gather reporting requirements, and confidently present dashboards and analytical findings in English.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence,



reporting, or data analytics, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling, including star schemas and performance optimization.
- Advanced Excel skills and solid working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data integration.
- Experience with Jira for project tracking, reporting, or workflow management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
- Advanced spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead client presentations and explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver production-ready reporting solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with financial reporting, accounting systems, ERP platforms, or government organizations.
- Familiarity with Power BI Service, embedded reporting, data refresh management, and row-level security.
- Experience with Python, ETL processes, or reporting automation.

A formal accounting background is not required, but the ability to collaborate with accounting specialists and translate financial requirements into reliable reporting solutions is essential.
