The Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant provides administrative, legal, and operational support to attorneys and paralegals throughout the lifecycle of a personal injury case.

The main purpose of the position is to ensure cases move forward efficiently, legal documentation is properly managed, deadlines are met, and clients receive timely communication and support.

In other words, the Legal Assistant helps attorneys focus on legal strategy and case resolution by handling essential day-to-day legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, organize, and update digital client files within our case management software.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule depositions, client meetings, and mediations, and track strict court deadlines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for the clients.
- Order, track, and follow up on essential case records (medical records, billing statements, police reports, and insurance details).
- Handle e-filing with courts,



draft standard administrative correspondence, manage digital mail, and assist with basic invoice or billing entry.

Requirements

- Advanced English level
- Minimum of 1 year of experience performing Personal Injury Litigation Legal Assistant tasks.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with legal case management software.
