We're hiring: Patient Coordinator
? 100% ON SITE in North Cali. Remote applications will not be considered.
? Earn up to $4.000.000 COP/month!
*Compensation depends on English proficiency and experience.

We're looking for someone who can combine excellent communication, problem solving, and genuine empathy to support patients throughout their surgical journey.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT?
You'll do more than answer calls. You'll take ownership of patient requests, coordinate important steps in their surgical process, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
YOUR DAY TO DAY ?
- Coordinate patient communication throughout the surgical journey
- Manage surgery rescheduling and patient requests
- Prepare laboratory orders and follow up on required medical documentation
- Review patient submitted laboratory results
- Keep medical records accurate and updated
- Resolve inquiries efficiently,
prioritizing First Call Resolution
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- C1 English or Native level
- Previous customer service or patient coordination experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solution oriented mindset
- Confidence communicating with U.S. patients throughout the workday THE DETAILS ?
?️ Weekday schedule, with occasional Saturdays depending on seasonal operational needs.
? March to November: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
? November to March: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
*All schedules are in Colombia time.
? 100% on site in North Cali.
