$ 4.249.000,00 (Mensual) Contrato a término indefinido Jornada completa We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Team Lead to oversee a team of sales representatives, drive sales performance, and ensure targets are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, and experience coaching teams in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate outbound sales representatives to meet sales targets.

Monitor KPIs, including conversion rates, productivity, and revenue.

Develop action plans to improve sales performance and team results.

Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Support sales strategies, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Ensure compliance with campaign procedures and quality standards.

Prepare performance reports and communicate results to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in outbound sales, preferably in a BPO environment.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.

Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills.

Knowledge of outbound sales strategies and objection handling.





Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement plans.

Availability to work on-site in Barranquilla and accommodate operational schedules.

- Educación mínima: Universidad / Carrera tecnológica
- 3 años de experiencia
