Hiring: Oracle Supply Chain Functional Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Functional Analyst with hands-on experience in Oracle ERP/EBS and Supply Chain business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production and application support for Oracle SCM.

Troubleshoot issues related to Inventory Management, Order Management, Shipping, RMA, and Logistics.

Investigate application and data-level issues using SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Forms.

Manage production incidents through ServiceNow and ensure SLA compliance.

Support B2B/EDI integrations and participate in UAT and release activities.

Provide 24x7 production support and incident resolution.

Required Skills:





Minimum 2 years of hands-on Oracle ERP/EBS experience, particularly Inventory Management and Shipping.

Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM, Order Management, and Logistics.

Intermediate SQL/PLSQL skills.

2+ years of B2B/EDI integration experience.

Exposure to MuleSoft, API Integration, RosettaNet, or E2Open.

Experience in Production Support and Incident Management.
