Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for sales operations in Colombia passenger vehicle markets, tracking the achievement of monthly sales targets and regularly following up with the sales team on sales forecasts for upcoming months.
2. Coordinate vehicle inventory management based on sales forecasts to ensure that local inventory levels comply with company standards and business requirements.
3. Drive the placement and issuance of purchase orders, monitor the entire process, and promptly communicate business risks, exceptions, and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Relevant work experience in trade, the automotive industry,



or market operations is preferred. Familiarity with passenger vehicle business processes is a plus.
3. Strong data organization, statistical analysis, and reporting skills, with the ability to independently track sales performance and prepare sales forecasts.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and results-driven, with strong execution, communication, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to anticipate potential risks.
5. Proficiency in English, with the ability to use as a working language.
