Job Responsibilities

- Be responsible for sales operations in Colombia passenger vehicle markets, tracking the achievement of monthly sales targets and regularly following up with the sales team on sales forecasts for upcoming months.
- Coordinate vehicle inventory management based on sales forecasts to ensure that local inventory levels comply with company standards and business requirements.
- Drive the placement and issuance of purchase orders, monitor the entire process, and promptly communicate business risks, exceptions, and any issues that arise.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in trade, the automotive industry,



or market operations is preferred. Familiarity with passenger vehicle business processes is a plus.
- Strong data organization, statistical analysis, and reporting skills, with the ability to independently track sales performance and prepare sales forecasts.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and results-driven, with strong execution, communication, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to anticipate potential risks.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to use as a working language.
