Position: Team Lead

Role Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale multimodal AI annotation projects from start to finish
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery
- Oversee project timelines and budget management efficiently
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout project phases
- Coordinate with teams to maintain performance and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project goals
- Adapt to fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and scope changes

Requirements

- 7+ years of overall experience in relevant fields
- 4+ years of team leadership experience in complex projects
- Strong skills in client communication and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with performance metrics for effective project evaluation
- Experience in annotation, data labeling, or AI training preferred
- Ability to work adaptable hours, including weekends as needed
- Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume project demands
