Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator ensures real-time monitoring and efficient management of shipments across the supply chain. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery, resolve issues, and maintain accurate tracking records.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shipment Monitoring and Coordination

Track the movement of goods from origin to destination using logistics systems and tools (Macro point and Phone Calls) Provide real-time updates on shipment status to internal stakeholders and customers.

Identify delays or issues and coordinate with carriers and other teams to resolve them promptly.

1. Data Management

Maintain accurate records of shipment details, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and proof of delivery. Input and update shipment information in the company’s logistics management system.
1. Customer Communication





Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status and estimated delivery times. Notify customers of delays or issues and provide alternative solutions.
1. Carrier and Vendor Liaison

Communicate with carriers to obtain tracking updates and resolve transit issues. Verify carrier compliance with contractual agreements and performance standards.
