Are you a visionary Learning & Development professional driven by innovation, leadership, and digital transformation? We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning Manager to spearhead our global L&D; operations and elevate our learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a talented team of Learning Advisors, Training Managers, and Learning Specialists.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of enterprise LMS/LXP platforms, ensuring seamless user access, system integrations, and data reporting.
- Govern learning content, SOP libraries, onboarding curricula, and digital resources to maintain integral learning standards.
- Drive employee development through recognition, badge, and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to support learning initiatives and ensure successful system adoption.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and recommend scalable, impactful solutions.
- Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training, workshops, and labs.
- Champion continuous improvement through process mapping, workflow optimization, and knowledge management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, HR, Business, Education, or related field.




- 5+ years managing LMS/LXP platforms, learning technologies, and corporate learning environments.
- Proven leadership experience and a track record of managing enterprise learning systems.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience with system implementations, content governance, and process optimization.

Preferred:

- Experience with Cornerstone, Articulate, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-driven learning technologies and digital ecosystems.
- Certifications in ATD, SHRM, Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or related disciplines.
