We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Client Onboarding Specialist to join our international team. This fully remote position is based in Colombia and offers an excellent opportunity to develop a career in international corporate services.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Coordination

- Support the onboarding of international clients seeking company incorporation and corporate services.
- Guide clients through onboarding requirements, including document collection, verification, and application forms.
- Communicate professionally with clients to ensure all required information is received accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized client records and monitor onboarding progress.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their applications.

Company Incorporation Support

- Assist with company formation and registration processes across different international jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to facilitate incorporation procedures.
- Prepare and review incorporation documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Track application deadlines and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Support the transition of newly incorporated companies to ongoing accounting, tax, and compliance services.

Administration & Process Improvement

- Maintain accurate information in internal databases and client management systems.
- Coordinate with colleagues across different countries and time zones.
- Prepare internal reports and updates on onboarding activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience.




- Assist with general administrative tasks and cross-team coordination as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Law, International Business, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
- Based in Colombia with a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
- Ability to coordinate with international colleagues across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in client onboarding, corporate services, legal administration, or business registration.
- Familiarity with company incorporation procedures, corporate documentation, or regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms or project management tools.
- An interest in international business, corporate law, or Asian markets.
