IT Healthcare Analyst - Professional Billing Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for a Professional Billing Trainer with experience in U.S. healthcare billing workflows to support a major healthcare organization in the United States.

In this role, you will receive specialized training in Epic Professional Billing and, after completing the required training and certification, will be responsible for training healthcare professionals on the system and its billing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and develop expertise in Epic Professional Billing.
- Train healthcare professionals on billing workflows and system functionalities.
- Deliver training sessions, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
- Explain U.S. medical billing processes,



including claims processing, charge capture, and reimbursement.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and user guides.
- Support users during onboarding, system adoption, and implementation.
- Participate in workflow validation and system testing.
- Collaborate with billing, operational, and technology teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with U.S. healthcare professional billing workflows.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical claims, and billing operations.
- Familiarity with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding systems is preferred.
- Experience delivering training, onboarding, or user support.
- Experience with EHR/EMR or healthcare billing systems is a plus.
- Previous Epic experience is preferred but not required.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Availability to work on-site in Bogotá, Colombia.
