EZVIZ is a general smart home and IoT company, a Hikvision subsidiary. Our sales and service teams across Latin America are growing fast, and we are looking for an HR & Administration Specialist in Bogotá to support them.
You will run day-to-day HR operations and administration for our teams in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and other markets. You will work with the LATAM HR Business Partner, regional leaders and local vendors (payroll/EOR, recruitment, immigration, insurance and facilities).
What you will do:
- Run onboarding and offboarding: contracts, documents, exit conversations and final settlement calculations
- Coordinate monthly payroll, statutory contributions and tax withholding with payroll vendors
- Support recruitment: candidate screening, first HR interviews, offer communications and background checks
- Support employee relations and compliance, including dismissal processes and labor dispute cases with legal advisors
- Coordinate work visas,
residence permits and insurance for expatriate colleagues
- Manage IT equipment, supplier quotations, office supplies, document filing and office administration
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, ideally in a multinational environment
- Solid knowledge of Colombian labor law, payroll and social security
- Experience managing vendors such as payroll/EOR providers and recruitment agencies
- Spanish and professional English; Portuguese is a plus
- Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
