Financial & Accounting Manager | Cash Flow, Pricing & Cost Strategy

? About the Company

Max's Services is a U.S.-based company specializing in the installation of luxury and premium home appliances. We're growing, and we're looking for a Financial & Accounting Manager to become the strategic financial partner of our leadership team: someone who brings independent financial judgment to every key business decision.

? What Will You Do in This Role?

- Manage daily and weekly cash flow, anticipating liquidity needs and proposing solutions before cash gaps become critical.
- Define cash handling policies and fund availability guidelines.
- Build and maintain 30/60/90-day cash flow forecasts with optimistic, base, and conservative scenarios, updated monthly against actuals.
- Analyze cost structure by service and project to drive pricing decisions and assess the impact of new service lines or rate changes.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and lead negotiations with contractors and vendors (rates, terms, payment conditions).
- Track and report costs by cost center and project.
- Supervise the bookkeeping team, validate accounting information in QuickBooks Online, and ensure an on-time monthly close.
- Coordinate with the external tax and accounting firm.
- Prepare executive financial reports and presentations for leadership and partners.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics,



or a related field (specialization or certification in accounting/finance is a plus).
- 4–6 years of experience in general and financial accounting.
- Proven, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Experience working with U.S. companies or managing accounting processes for international clients.
- Experience in cash flow modeling and financial forecasting.
- Experience supervising or leading bookkeeping teams.
- Experience preparing financial reports for management or stakeholders.
- Experience negotiating with vendors or contractors (preferred).
- English: B2 level or higher, spoken and written (advanced fluency not required).
- Strategic thinker with a strong focus on pricing and profitability.
- Self-directed, able to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable collaborating in remote environments.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET.
- Direct collaboration with the Senior Manager.
