? Key Responsibilities

Sales Analysis & Performance Tracking: Monitor regional Field Force performance across the Latin America region and perform detailed sales data analysis.

Strategy & Strategy Execution: Develop and implement Field Force management strategies based on dynamic business conditions.

Agency Management: Work alongside country teams to manage and evaluate Field Force agencies. SOP & Quality Assurance: Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Field Force operations and monitor execution consistency.

Operational Support:



Complete additional tasks and assignments delegated by leadership.

? Requirements & Qualifications

Professional Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Science and Engineering, or a retail-related major.

Practical experience in Field Force (FF) management or Business Intelligence (BI).

Sound knowledge of retail industry trends, retail experience, store layouts, consumer shopping behavior, and marketing mix (4Ps).

Core Skills

Mandatory fluency in English.

Data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, superiors, and external partners.

Basic copywriting skills for drafting market research reports and promotion material.

High learning agility to quickly adapt to dynamic environments and master new operational skills.
