We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support our financial and administrative operations in Bogotá, Colombia.

The adecuado candidate has at least 6 months of experience in finance, accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), collections, or related areas. This role requires strong English communication skills, organizational abilities, and basic Excel knowledge.

Candidates from different academic backgrounds are welcome, provided they have an interest in financial operations and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily financial and administrative operations.
- Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and accounts payable activities.
- Support collection processes and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, reporting,



and information management.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial processes.
- Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as required.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), collections, or related fields.
- Studies or a degree in International Business, International Relations, Modern Languages, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- B2-C1 English level proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
