Summary

We are looking for a Business Functional Project Manager to lead integration and testing efforts for a new ERP and CRM deployment at a leading US organization. You will coordinate requirements, pilots, SIT and UAT across functions and regions. Your work ensures critical defects are resolved before go-live and the business formally accepts the solution.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate business integration requirements across functions and regions.
- Plan and run conference room pilots with business stakeholders.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT cycles and oversee test execution.
- Manage defect tracking, triage and resolution through to closure.
- Make sure critical defects are resolved before go-live.
- Secure formal business acceptance from all functions.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years in ERP testing, UAT coordination, or business analysis.




- Experience managing defects and test cycles across multiple functions or regions.
- Understanding of system integrations and data flows.
- Strong communication and issue-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- CRM/ERP experience, especially with integrations and data flows.
- Hands-on experience with Epicor, Visual, or Salesforce.
- Track record of on-schedule test cycles with full functional coverage.

Soft Skills

- Clear communication with technical and business stakeholders.
- Persistent, structured issue resolution under go-live pressure.
- Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment.

Must Have Skill

- 5+ years of ERP testing, UAT coordination, or business analysis
- Defect and test cycle management across functions or regions
