Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm EST Location: Calle 99 #10 - 19 (Chico norte) - Bogotá

Contract: Indefinite

Salary: 3'500.000 cop

Key Responsabilities

- Plan and create daily delivery routes based on assigned territories, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
- Assign and dispatch work orders throughout the day, adjusting as needed for urgent requests or changes.
- Send route cards and order PDFs to technicians and update open order reports accordingly.delays to management.updates.requests.order adjustments, and equipment availability.efficiency.
- Monitor technician route progress, provide support, and escalate any issues or
- Confirm equipment availability for back-ordered items and communicate status




- Handle incoming calls from hospices to create new orders or address special
- Assist technicians with order-related needs, including patient contact updates,
- Notify hospices and families of any ETA changes or order updates.
- Accurately document all communication and order changes in DME Track.
- Collaborate flexibly across dispatch and customer service tasks to maximize team
