Built With Love is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Associate to join our Construction Department!

This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging professional in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field who is looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Construction Manager with project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to established timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, field inspectors, and suppliers.
- Assist with site inspections, quality control, and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and construction records.
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory tracking.
- Support communication between construction, engineering, architecture, and other teams.
- Track subcontractor performance and daily field operations.

Qualifications:





- Technical or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction or project coordination (internship experience is welcome).
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and building processes.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, Google Drive, and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
