Full Time Opportunity: We are hiring Code Reviewer - Golang for a short-term freelance/contractor engagement for an AI Training, Code Review & Evaluation Project.

Eligible Locations: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru

Role: Code Reviewer - Golang

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Mode: Remote

Engagement: Contractor / Short-Term Contract

Duration: 2–3 Weeks (approximately 4 weeks assignment)

Start: Immediate

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Required Skills:

- Minimum 2+ years of overall experience
- Strong experience with at least one of the following languages: Golang
- Proficiency with Git, Docker, and basic software pipeline setup.
- Ability to understand and navigate complex codebases.
- Comfortable running, modifying, and testing real-world projects locally.
- Experience contributing to or evaluating open-source projects is a plus.

Nice to Have:

- Previous participation in LLM research or evaluation projects.
- Experience building or testing developer tools or automation agents.

Availability Requirements

- Available to work at least 8 hours per day.
- Minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.




- Must have at least 4 hours of working-hour overlap with PST.
- Immediate availability for remote contract work.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced project environment.

What does day-to-day look like:

- Analyze and triage GitHub issues across trending open-source libraries.
- Set up and configure code repositories, including Dockerization and environment setup.
- Evaluating unit test coverage and quality.
- Modify and run codebases locally to assess LLM performance in bug-fixing scenarios.
- Collaborate with researchers to design and identify repositories and issues that are challenging for LLMs.

Compensation & Engagement Details
- Payment: $25 per approved task.
- Average Handling Time: 45–60 minutes per task.
- Contract Duration: 2–3 weeks.
- Employment Type: Contractor assignment (no medical or paid leave).
- Evaluation Process: Assessment-based review (approximately 75 minutes).
- Vetting Process: Interest Check Form (ICF) followed by Delivery Review.
