ME Lawyers, APLC is a growing plaintiff personal injury law firm based in California. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Case Manager Assistant to support our case management team in handling personal injury cases, maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring cases move forward efficiently.

The adecuado candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable handling administrative tasks while communicating professionally with clients and other parties.

Responsibilities:

- Assist Case Managers with the day-to-day handling and administration of personal injury cases
- Maintain and update client files, case records, and documentation
- Request, collect, organize, and follow up on medical records, bills, and other case-related documents
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties as needed
- Track case deadlines, appointments, and outstanding documentation
- Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely completion of case-related tasks
- Prepare routine correspondence, reports,



and other administrative documents
- Keep case management systems and trackers accurate and up to date

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, legal support, or case management role
- Experience in personal injury law or a law firm is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Requirements:

- Availability to work in Pacific Time (Los Angeles, California time)
- Comfortable working with time trackers (e.g. Hubstaff)
- Has own work equipment with at least 8 GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent, and Windows 11
- Has at least 50 Mbps of internet
- Has a working camera and noise-cancelling headphones
- Has backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
