Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST

As a PI Case Manager Assistant within our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Department, you will play a key role in supporting Case Managers in the development and progression of client cases, helping ensure our clients receive the maximum settlement they deserve.

Responsibilities:

- Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and Medical/CARE.




- Request and follow up on police reports and medical records.
- Schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
- Verify balances with medical providers.
- Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.

Must Have:

- C1 English level
- 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager or Case Manager Assistant

Skills:

- 1–2 years of experience as a Case Manager or Case Manager Assistant, preferably within Personal Injury (PI).
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (preferred).
