The Car Sales

Specialist is responsible for engaging prospective and existing customers, understanding their mobility needs, and recommending suitable vehicle options and financing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining vehicle features and benefits, preparing sales proposals, and guiding customers through the purchase process from initial contact to closing. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up with leads, supporting post-sale customer inquiries, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to ensure a smooth and compliant transaction experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales skills, with a proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle and financing solutions.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention, including effective follow-up,



relationship building, and long-term client engagement.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries and concerns professionally, and provide a welcoming in-person experience.
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a goal-oriented mindset and comfort working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in Bogota, D.C., including flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed in a retail sales environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Basic knowledge of automotive products and financing options; willingness to continuously learn about new models, technologies, and market trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in common office and CRM software; strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for engaging diverse customers.
