Overview of the role

The Call Center Recruiting Agent position involves joining the Recruiting Team to participate in different projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical abilities, teamwork skills, and multitasking capabilities. Key responsibilities

-Supporting the sourcing process, including posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, using social networks, filtering CVs, and contacting candidates.

-Managing full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviews, technical exams, candidate presentation, and closing.

-Conducting negotiations with candidates and initiating the hiring process.

-Understanding the requirements of each client and vacancy to ensure an effective recruitment process tailored to their needs.

-Collaborating with the sales team to support business development.

Requirements

-Professional Experience:



At least 2 years of work experience.

-Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the IT market.

-Communication: Excellent communication skills.

-Self-Management: Strong capacity for independent work and self-direction.

-Education: Studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.

-Language Skills: Advanced English level.
