Requirements

Required – Technical Skills

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development projects.
- Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience creating Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and technical documentation.
- Ability to manage product backlogs, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required – Soft Skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration mindset.




- Ability to manage priorities and drive product delivery.

Nice to Have (Technical Skills)

- Experience with Figma.
- Experience using Rovo.
- Valid US Visa.

Responsibilities (Activities to Perform)

- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and API documentation.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, UX/UI, and Business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor product delivery, business outcomes, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure solutions meet quality standards, business objectives, and customer needs.

Required Languages

- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
