Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across departments. This role involves mapping and optimizing business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

The Business

Analyst will translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams, support testing and validation of new solutions, and monitor KPIs to ensure successful implementation. Regular responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, facilitating meetings and workshops, and maintaining clear communication between business and technology teams.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Proficiency in business analysis and requirements gathering,



including documenting use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Experience with business process mapping, optimization, and workflow design to improve operational efficiency.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to define and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of project management or agile methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
