Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Bilingual Paid Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to manage digital advertising, create marketing materials, and support property promotion and newspaper publishing.

The organization manages rental properties, nonprofit initiatives, and a print and online newspaper. Your primary focus will be promoting rental properties, generating tenant inquiries, improving advertising performance, and maintaining the organization's online presence.

The adecuado candidate has hands-on paid advertising experience, strong graphic design skills, and the ability to analyze campaign results and coordinate marketing activities independently.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Central Time with 1-hour unpaid break; 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

- Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Develop ad creatives, test audiences and messaging, manage budgets, and improve campaign performance.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track advertising metrics, conduct A/B testing, evaluate results, and provide reports with actionable recommendations.
- Graphic Design: Create property advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Social Media & Listings: Maintain social media accounts and update property listings on Zillow and other relevant platforms, ensuring accurate information and engaging content.
- Newspaper Production: Assist with writing, editing, designing, and formatting articles and newspaper pages for print and online publication.
- Team Coordination: Work with on-site staff to collect property photos, videos, and listing information. Follow up on outstanding requests and manage deadlines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or social media marketing.




- Proven hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, advertising budgets, campaign metrics, and lead generation.
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Strong written English, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing advertising campaigns or graphic design work.
- Availability to work the required Central Time schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in real estate marketing, property advertising, or lead generation.
- Familiarity with Zillow, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, newspaper production, or digital publishing.
- Experience writing and editing editorial content.
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
